- Do you recommend a nearby hotel for out of state travelers?
We negotiated a discounted rate with the Cambridge Marriott, but unfortunately the block has been completely filled. There are still rooms available, but at a higher price.
- What if I purchase a ticket, but I can't attend?
If you can't attend the event but have already purchased a ticket, you can transfer it to another individual at no cost. We can honor requests for refunds less a $100 fee for any cancellations more than 2 weeks before the event. Unfortunately we can not refund purchases less than 2 weeks before the event. The Agile Games registrar reserves the right to offer full refunds beyond these parameter based on extenuating personal circumstances.
- What is the dress for the event?
You should be dressed comfortably and casually.
- What should I bring to the conference?
You should bring a notebook or any other device that you would use to take notes. You won't need a laptop unless you are going to participate in the "Coding Katas" deep dive session.
